PBWS x Romeo Chocolates Presentation and Wine Pairing
Public Beer and Wine Shop would like to invite you to join us for a night of chocolate and wine tasting! Romeo Garcia of Romeo Chocolates will guide you through a one hour presentation of his artisanal chocolates and confections, with specially curated wine pairings by Kara Potthast, CS.
1. Tasting squares: Semi sweet dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate paired with J.P Chenet Sparkling Brut NV
2. Milk chocolate paired with 15' Tank Garage Winery Stars Like Ours Rosé
3. 54% Semi-sweet Belgian chocolate paired with 14' Don & Sons Pinot Noir
4. 70% Honduran chocolate with pistachio, bing cherries and sea salt, paired with 13' Fiddletown Zinfandel
5. Belgian semi-sweet bark with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, paired with 10' Bodegas Montecillo Reserva Rioja
6. White chocolate with Turkish apricot and almonds paired with J.P Chenet Sparkling Rose NV
A pop-up shop will also be available to purchase additional chocolate after the pairing (which you will definitely want to do)! In addition, get 30% off any bottles of the paired wines to go!
This event will be taking place in conjunction with our Netflix and Chill group art show, which includes DJ and live music starting at 7:30pm, so make sure to stick around!
