PBWS Collaborative Dinner Series 001: Cellador Ales
We are excited to introduce our collaborative dinner series, consisting of a multi-course dinner and curated beer pairing by chef Eduardo Ruiz, in collaboration with a featured brewery/breweries!
The first of our series will consist of a four course dinner and will feature beer pairings from Cellador Ales! Owners/brewers Kevin and Sara Osborne will be in attendance to discuss and present the featured beers.
Tickets are $50 and are limited to 45 seats. Three 15-seat sessions are as follow:
Session 1- 5:00pm Session 2- 6:45pm Session 3- 8:30pm
COURSE 1- GNOCCHI Nelson hops, fennel, roasted apple, chamomile vinaigrette paired with Cellador Akimbo table sour aged on peaches and dry hopped with nelson sauvin
COURSE 2- AHI CRUDO Kaffir leche de tigre, butternut squash, toasted maiz, aji amarillo paired with Cellador Restik blend 1 with mosaic and el dorado hops
COURSE 3- LIGHTLY CURED BEEF chanterelles, pumpernickel, wild pistou paired with Cellador Firegold funky farmhouse with mosaic and el dorado, aged on oranges
COURSE 4- SEVEN HOUR LAMB BARBACOA dates, pearl onions, shishito peppers paired with Cellador Palimpsest bourbon barrel blend
COURSE 5- PAN DE NATA paired with Cellador Berlinerish blend 1 brett fermented, barrel aged berliner-inspired sour beer ponche
