We Do Good... Presents St Elmo's Fire film screening and 80's disco
We are screening the classic movie, St Elmo's Fire, (dir Joel Schumacher, 1985) followed by an 80's disco featuring all of your favourite 80's pop tunes.
Join us at The Brockley Social Club on Saturday 4th March - you can dress up in 80s gear, or just as yourselves. Prizes for the best dressed! Doors open at 7.30pm, film starts at 8.00 prompt. Come early for a good seat and bring your own cushion if you are all about comfort. For early birds who arrive between 7.30 and 8.00 on the night, we will have Pop Up Make Up and Hair Crimping in the snug (for a 'pay what you like' donation). Guaranteed 80's look in minutes. Ellnet included! Available for the women too! Everyone gets a limited edition badge! After the film, we bring you the best (and the worst) of the 80's. Enjoy the tunes you tried to forget, along with the ones you never will. Depeche Mode, Spandau Ballet, A-ha, Japan, Yazoo, we aim to play something for (almost) everyone. Get up and dance on the dancefloor of the Social Club, or sit and tap your feet and drink at great value prices! Our last evening SOLD OUT so buy your tickets soon to avoid disappointment (there may be a limited number of tickets on the door).
