This magical night will be held at the Kampong historic home and garden.  

Chef Michael Schwartz and Chef de Cuisine Bradley Herron
of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink
will prepare a menu celebrating the endangered and divine
native ingredients of South Florida: the Sea Grape and Royal Red Shrimp.  

Desserts by Hedy Goldsmith, Pastry Chef,
Michael's Genuine Food & Drink
and author of, Baking Out Loud.

Winemaker pairings available at Whole Foods Coral Gables.

Bespoke Cocktails by GREY GOOSE Vodka.

The proceeds of this evening will fund both
the Slow Food Miami Edible School Garden Program
for our most under resourced schools in Miami and
The Kampong National Tropical Botanical Garden.
