Winner of the Award for Best Film at the Morelia Film Festival and the Ariel Award for Best Screenplay, this captivating thriller set on the coast of Oaxaca, tells the story of Mabel, a muxe (a physical male who dresses and acts like a woman) who returns to her hometown to find the murderer of her friend Daniela. She will find herself on a journey that takes her through nostalgia, love, and betrayal in a town where transvestism takes on an unusual dimension in its day. Perezcanos second feature film has a killer ending in store thats a real nail-biter (The Hollywood Reporter).

Este fascinante thriller ambientado en las costas de Oaxaca, cuenta la historia de Mabel, un muxeuna persona nacida con sexo genital masculino que asume roles femeninosquien regresa a su pueblo natal para encontrar al asesino de su amiga Daniela. Esto hará que ella se embarque en un viaje que la llevará a través de la nostalgia, el amor y la traición en una pueblo donde el travestismo toma una dimensión inusual.
