We're setting the stage for romance at The Huntington with a delectable three course "Dîner Saint Valentin Pour Deux" with optional wine pairing. Start with Kumamoto oysters or white asparagas soup with vanilla truffle essence, followed by braised short ribs, pan-roasted salmon or eggplant ratatouille, finishing with a classically decadent Valrhona dark chocolate pot de crème with candied rose petals. Each course includes optional wine pairing. This exquisite dining experience will have you falling in love all over again!
