CALIFORNIA REDWOOD CHORALE ~ songs of dreams, songs of whimsy, songs of love
The 50-voice CALIFORNIA REDWOOD CHORALE celebrates our 11th year by singing "songs of dreams, songs of whimsy, songs of love". Our robust, vibrant group will perform at two of your favorite venues: Glaser Center in Santa Rosa....and Jacuzzi Winery Barrel Room in Sonoma! Director, Robert Hazelrigg, has chosen repertoire from the best contemporary choral composers: Eric Whitacre, Morten Lauridsen, Rene Clausen, David Dickau, Frank Tichelli, and Z. Randall Stroope. There is even a special arrangement of Bach. A piece by former CRC Director, Daniel Canosa, "Nasce la Gioia Mia" for split choir, will thrill you.
Come to Glaser Center Saturday night...or come to Jacuzzi Family Vineyards on Sunday afternoon where they will serve Pizza in the Piazza. The 3pm concert is in the magical Barrel Room. Bring your glass of wine in with you!
Tickets are $15 at BrownPaperTickets and $20 at the door.
