After a long winter in Portland, spring weather can feel tumultuous - clouds, sun, hail, rain, fog. Compound this with the current state of the world. Now is a time to refocus our energies, to do some internal spring cleaning and to re-energize ourselves so that we can step back into our communities with vitality and integrity.
Come learn about therapeutic grade essential oils to balance the emotions - including energetic and scientific properties of the oils, as well as key acupressure points for emotional wellness.Well spend the rest of class blending our own oils and each student will walk away with a beautiful smelling, custom roll-on that they can use through the rest of the season.
--- Jeevan Singh is a local healer who specializes in ATMAT, a form of abdominal therapy that addresses reproductive and digestive issues. Her apothecary line Flower Hand Wellness features the highest qualities therapeutic products for radical self-love. Outside of her practice, she studies classical Chinese medicine at NUNM.
