30 Pages in 30 Days

Join us on February 24th at Seacoast Repertory Theatre to celebrate the 3 Finalists in our inaugural 30 Pages in 30 Days playwright competition!

Playwrights were given the month of November to write an original one act play focusing on the complex soical issues that are facing our communities today. We received nearly 20 submissions from playwrights across the state and the top 3 were chosen. The finalists are:

Over the Fence by Catherine Stewart

When The Tides Comes In by Sharleigh Watson

Uprising by Susan Sinnott

Each of these one acts will be presented as a staged reading beginning at 7pm on Friday, February 24 at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre. Following the readings, the audience will be able to participate in a talk back session with each playwright. At the end of the evening, a panel of judges will award the winner of 30 Pages in 30 Days a check for $500 and the opportunity to produce their one act on the Wilcox Industries Main Stage as part of Prescott Park Arts Festival's 43rd summer season.
