KILL BILL, VOL 2, Beer & Bites Meal Movie Pairing Night, co-presented by Calicraft Brewing
Join us for the movie and a four-course beer and bites meal!
Please arrive at 7pm for appetizers, drinks, and a conversation with the Calicraft brewers on the Mezzanine.
At 7:45, we'll head into the theater, along with course #2 for chapters 6, 7, and 8 of Kill Bill: Volume 2.
Between chapters 8 and 9, we'll take an intermission for course #3.
Following the film, we'll enjoy the dessert course.
Each course will include both phenomenal food paired with signature Calicraft brews. The tentative menu is:
Mezzanine Pre-Show:
Love Me Tender Baby Green Salad with Blood Oranges AND Buried Alive Fries
Paired with: Red Wedding Rosé, Sparkling Ale with Zinfandel grapes
Start of Movie:
Buds Microwave Popcorn, spiced Tex-Mex style
Paired with: Sidewinder Session Ale, jalapeño and lemon infused Kolsch ale
Intermission:
5 Point Exploding Heart Rice Bowl
Paired with: ONE EYE-P-A, unfiltered IPA with El Dorado and Amarillo hops
Post-Film Dessert:
Margarita Flan
Paired with: All is Right in the Jungle sparkling ale, made with star thistle honey
Each beer tasting will be 8-12 ounces. Just enough and hopefully not too much for anyone.

Quentin Tarantino's sprawling homage to action films of both the East and the West reaches its conclusion in this continuation of 2003's ultra-violent Kill Bill Vol. 1. Having dispatched several of her arch-enemies in the first film, The Bride (Uma Thurman) continues in Kill Bill Vol. 2 on her deadly pursuit of her former partners in the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, who, in a furious assault, attempted to murder her and her unborn child on her wedding day.
