Alp d' Huez
A man's wife shows up to Paris a day early and won't say why. What is she hiding? Why is he so upset by it? What did he do on Alp d' Huez? This intense, mysterious, funny, and often heartbreaking play explores how all the problems of a marriage collide at the least opportune timeon vacation in France when they should be having the time of their lives, and rooting on Lance Armstrong and team America in the Tour de France.

Written and directed by John Rosenberg, noted by City Paper as "an impetuous playwright [who] takes a radical approach to independent theater." Since 2010, Rosenberg has written and directed Automatic Fault Isolation "claustrophobic, discomforting, tension-filled tale" (City Paper), Queen of All Weapons "intense, striking insight" (Philly Inquirer), California Redemption Value "enjoyable" (Philly Inquirer) and Cheap Guy Hall of Fame: Class of 2010 "well performed" (Philly Inquirer).
The Papermill Theater, at 2825 Ormes Street is located a few blocks from Kensington and Lehigh Avenues in the Papermill Arts Collective.
There is free street parking. For public transportation, take the Market Frankford line to the Huntington Stop. The Papermill Arts Collective is a five-story warehouse featuring artist workspace, an art gallery, a community library and a fifty-seat theater. Hella Fresh
