Alan R Davison - The White Eagle Lounge Album Launch
Alan R Davison, a singer/songwriter originally from Belfast but now based in Edinburgh, has just finished his debut album, The White Eagle Lounge, for release Friday 26 October 2012.
Recording of the 14 track debut started in early 2011 and plays host to a guest line-up of over 35 players including special guests Nathan Connolly and Tom Simpson from Snow Patrol, singer/songwriter, Alex Cornish and Rick McMurray from Ash.
Alan has enjoyed plenty of national airplay as well as great reviews for live and studio performances in the last 10 years in Scotland and Ireland. Gigs include sharing bills with Ash, Gary Go, Foy Vance, The Boy Who Trapped The Sun, Jonny McDaid, Nizlopi, Jill Jackson and a few performances with Snow Patrol's Nathan Connolly, including an appearance at a showcase for Polar Patrol in London.
The debut album signals the next level in Alan's musical career as he embarks on a series of launch gigs later in the year as well as positioning himself as a writer and collaborator for the future.
