Reservoir Dogs
On Saturday, January 28th, Film Force Five, a new monthly film series at LA's Downtown Independent Cinema, will kick off with a special screening of Reservoir Dogs. Twenty-five years ago this month, the film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and introduced a major new filmmaker to the world: Quentin Tarantino. Join us to celebrate QT's debut feature with a fantastic screening followed by the unveiling and sale of a new art print poster for the film by Vance Kelly. Tickets are available now!
About Film Force Five: Film, because we're die-hard cinephiles. Force, as in we are a force to be reckoned with. And five, because there's one, two, three, four, five of us. We're a group of guys who see going to the movies as a sort of holy endeavor and we're here to proselytize. Join us for a cinematic baptism as we show you selections from the Books of Tarantino and Kubrick. We'll read from the Sermons of Carpenter and Jodorowsky and look upon the great works of Welles and Fincher. Join us every month for Mass to save yourself from the eternal damnation of mainstream, multiplex crap. We're going to show something amazing each and every month and each screening will be accompanied by the release of an awesome poster from a major artist. So join the most enjoyable cult of your life with Film Force Five!
