Find joy by dancing in community. We will cultivate joyful connection to self, others and the earth.
How can the relationships between our health, homes, water, soil, and food have greater synergy by mimicking patterns found in nature? We will use our bodies to explore the three guiding ethics of permaculture design: care of earth, care of people, and sufficiency. In addition to creative movement explorations, invite in the wisdom of earth-based cultures from Old Europe and the Near East to speak to us through traditional dances. Spend time moving and studying in a community garden.
How do you want to design more wellness and sustainability in your life and community? Come cultivate the joy that will guide you into action.
