Come taste Harbor View Hotel Culinary Team's delicious creations around the Martha's Vineyard Oyster and meet the men and women behind this amazing product.The event will be buffet style, with a hot station, passed hors d'oeuvres and over 5 raw bars. Get ready for an unprecedented raw oyster tasting!
The Martha's Vineyard Shellfish Group, Inc. is a non-profit organization comprised of the shellfish departments of the six Island towns. For over thirty five years, the Group's community-based resource management program has sought to preserve and expand the Island's traditional shellfisheries. Key to this effort has been the operation of a solar-assisted shellfish hatchery, the application of innovative aquaculture technology and a continuing vigilance to improve and maintain the good surface water quality crucial to a viable shellfish industry.
Tickets $55 per person
$8 from each ticket sold will benefit Martha's Vineyard Shellfish Group.
