Omega Kids
New Light Theater Project and Access Theater present a new play, OMEGA KIDS by Noah Mease, directed by Jay Stull. Previews begin March 2nd at Access Theater with opening slated for March 9.
Michael and Michael have only known each other for a couple weeks and, alone for the first time on a rainy Saturday night in an empty apartment, they turn to the stories of the Omega Kids a ragtag team of teenage superheroes to fill the silence and test the limits of their new friendship.
As fiction and reality start to blur, Omega Kids is a play about telling other peoples stories when we're too afraid to tell your own.
The production team will include Scenic Design by Brian Dudkiewicz, Costume Design by Alex Rozansky, Lighting Design by Scot Gianelli, Sound Design by Eben Hoffer, publicity by Karen Greco production stage management by Nikki Castle.
Under Artistic Director Sarah Norris, NEW LIGHT THEATER PROJECT is an ensemble-based theater company in New York City. They place writers at the center of the process of developing new works and reinterpreting classic stories. They create an environment for both artist and audience that is open, engaging, and affordable. For more info, visit NewLightTheaterProject.com.
