We know New Yorkers love their tap water, but there's more to natural, artisanal, spring and mineral waters than meets the eye. Not all bottled waters are the same! Just as terroir plays a role in wine and food, it can also impact the properties of naturally sourced waters. In this hands-on tasting and seminar hosted by member Julie Negrin, M.S., certified nutritionist and wellness expert, you'll learn why different waters vary in taste and in nutritional benefits. Light hors d'oeurves will be served and you'll have a chance to win door prizes.
