Rum 101
Explore the exciting and diverse world of rum in this beginners class. Made from sugar cane and molasses, Rum is produced all over the world in a variety of ways that result in many different flavor profiles. Our sommelier will cover the basics of production, regions, and styles through a sampling of 6 spirits ranging from a bright and clean white rum all the way to a dark, spicy aged rum.
PAYMENT, REFUND, AND TICKET TRANSFERRAL POLICIES To register for any class at Fine & Rare, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Camila at camilac@fineandrare.nyc. Or you can transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email camilac@fineandrare.nyc with the name of your substitute.
