Gin 101
Delve into the world of gin with this introductory class. Our sommelier will cover the history, regions, and production methods for modern and traditional gins through a tasting of 6 distinct spirits. As we sip on each gin with their own signature blend of botanicals, from soft and floral to stern and spicy, we will learn which gins are particularly well suited for cocktails and why.
