Our first wine dinner of 2017 will feature the exquisite wines of Barolo producer Francesco Rinaldi & Figli. Rinaldi is ideally located in the commune of Barolo and sources fruit for its top wines from two of the regions best Crus: Brunate and Cannubi. The winery itself is located on the Cannubi-hill, where chalk, clay, and sand blend to create wines of balance, harmony, and beautiful fragrance. The Cannubi Cru is the most prestigious Cru in Barolo and we will feature four vintages from this heralded site. Joining us from the winery will be Francescos granddaughter, Paola Rinaldi, and the winemaker, Fabio Alessandria. These beautiful wines will be paired with a special menu prepared by Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga.
