At The Flash

Pride Films and Plays is thrilled to present the World Premiere of Sean Chandler and David Leeper's At The Flash, winner of PFP's 2012 Great Gay Play and Musical Contest. Opening on November 17th at Center on Halsted's Hoover-Leppen Theatre, this production will be Pride Films and Plays first Jeff-eligible show and will run through December 16th.

At The Flash is a fierce and funny show that condenses LGBT history into the story of five characters - a closeted man in the 1960's, a black drag queen in the 1970's, a club kid in the 1980's, a budding lesbian activist in the 1990's, and a family man/entrepreneur in the 2000's. David Leeper stars under the direction of PFP Executive Director David Zak.

At the Flash will preview on November 16 at 7:30,
and open on Saturday, November 17 at 7:30.
Performances thereafter are Fridays and Saturdays
at 7:30 and Sundays at 3:30 through December 16
(closing day). There are also 7:30 performances
on Wednesdays and Thursdays November 28, 29,
December 5, 6, 12, and 13. Please note there is
no Friday performance on December 7. Preview
tickets for At The Flash are $15. Thereafter,
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances are
$25, and Wednesday and Thursday are $21.
