Havana Club: Dance Party with Primo Cubano
Portland's Primo Cubano host Havana Club - a night of classic Cuban music celebrating the release of their first CD "Bajo Oriente" (down east). Influenced by the resurrection of the Buena Vista Social Club by Ry Cooder, and by Cuban legends such as Celia Cruz and Benny More, Primo Cubano brings their blend of Cuban 'Son' to the dance floor. In support of local Latino products, Primo Cubano will also have a raffle give away including gift certificates for local restaurants, free salsa lessons, Zumba classes and more! Featuring a contest for the best female and male dancers and a early set by DJ Primo.
