Barreless Cardio/Pilates Class benefiting the Barre Boise High supporting Homeless students

Barre for Boise High School supporting Homeless students over the holidays
For the past 4 years, Janas worked with BHSs social workers to identify a homeless population of students that have little resources over the holiday. With the help of many Facebook friends, they've provided over 50 students a better Christmas with warm clothes, school supplies and essentials. Proceeds from this event will go towards our 2017 campaign.
Join Jana from 28th Barre and Soul @ Coiled Wines for our barreless cardio/pilates Class The class will focus on balance, cardio, flexibility and coordination. Small props (therabands) are used to increase resistance, deepen muscle movement, and provide variations on upper body strengthing. This is an all encompassing movement class that will give your body and mind a new challenge!
$15 includes your ticket and wine tasting!
Wondering what to bring? A yoga mat, a water bottle, & your girlfriends!
Tickets are $15 per person and include instruction for Pound Class as well as a tasting through Coiled wines.
