Back Street Sunday Jazz Series
SFBAAAM is presenting CELEBRATION FOR LIBERATION on Sunday, February 17, 2008 for its next Back Street Sunday Jazz Series concert. Featured artists will be groups led by trumpeter, Khalil Shaheed, and pianist, Rudi Mwongozi. This event will include the concert, a screening of vintage jazz films at intermission and light refreshments. It will take place at the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music, 1616 Franklin St., in Oakland.
