GRANT TAYLOR is OGLED, GOGGLED, & GOOGLED
Come "ogle" Grant Taylor and have some fun as he uses Broadway songs and stories about the "bears", Goldilocks goes Disney, and that ever elusive Prince Charming. Grant promises that the audience participation included! The show is written by Grant Taylor and David Jahn - who is also the show's director, and is part of the popular Sundays In Summer Series presented by Les Michaels at The Arthur Newman Theater in the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert.
Grown on a ranch in Northern California and harvested in Los Angeles, Grammy nominated Grant Taylor continues to nurture his crops, only now their songs where nothing is sacred and everything is fair game. From adult contemporary to rock to jazz to Broadway, and most recently some country, which he lovingly calls trailer trash music. Grant's newest release coming in October of 2012 is entitled "Broadway For Dad" to honor his father and thank him for bringing music into his life by taking him to see all the touring Broadway shows and playing him the show albums and for his encouragement which led him to a music career.
Ogled, Goggled, and Googled starring Grant Taylor is presented for one show only at the Arthur Newman Theater at the Joslyn Center, 73-750 Catalina Way, Palm Desert, on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 2 PM. Joining Grant will be Musical Director Jeffrey Osaka. Tickets will be sold at the door for $10 cash only and the box office opens at 1 PM. For more information call 760-325-2731.
