Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence Course at WLU - Waterloo Campus
Always wanted to brush up your self-defence skills? Why not try Wen-Do!
Wen-Do is the longest-running women's self-defence organization in canada! It is survivor-centered, empowerment-based, accessible and intersectional self-defence for all women! Nonbinary folks should get in contact with the instructor to see if this course is right for you <3

This 2-Saturday 15-hour basic course provides foundations for strong and effective psychological, verbal and physical self-defence. The location is wheelchair accessible and techniques can be adapted to you and your body.
Class times are Saturday January 28th and Feburary 4th 9:30am-5pm. The location will be given to attendees upon registration.
