Join Portland Girls Pint out and DigitalPour for an afternoon of Girl Power and pints!
Michelle of Empowered Self Defense will teach us tips and techniques to ward off unwanted attention. From listening to intuition, situational awareness, predator recognition, and simple, easy to learn physical self-defense this program will teach us how to avoid becoming a victim.
