APPLYING BEST PRACTICES FOR ACCURATE PROJECT COST CONTROL WITH PRISM-G2

This session will discuss best practices in project cost management including the development of project estimates and budgets and the difference between cost-loaded schedules and time-phased budgets. Project and enterprise cost management including data integration, data collection, earned value management, variance analysis, forecasting, and enterprise dashboards will be demonstrated using ARES Software's latest generation of project management software - PRISM-G2. Integration with engineering deliverables, procurement, and construction progressing will also be discussed.
Britt Creer has over 15 years of project controls and project management experience in a number of fields including oil and gas, commercial construction, nuclear waste and new build, and aerospace. Prior to ARES, Britt was the Director of Strategic Planning and Project Controls at Energy Solutions. Britt has ten years of hands-on PRISM experience and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). COST: The member price for this event is $28.00 if you register on or before the Monday immediately preceding the meeting; late registration is $33.00. Non-members will be charged $36.00 on or before the Monday immediately preceding the meeting, and $41.00 thereafter.
