In this Small Bites Big Sips class you will renew the long standing "debate" over the best tasting beverage. Have you ever asked the question: why is it that beer is most men's first choice in beverages, while a nice glass of wine is often a woman's' first choice. Join our Sommeliers Samuel Merritt (beer) and Harriet Lembeck (wine) as they bring their expert perspectives to the ageless debate. Here's to these long toasted differences.
Discussion will also include understanding the basic "tasting" of beer and of wine, how age, location, and process makes these amber's to roses so good to everyone, yet so different. No beer or wine is complete without the perfect menu to complement each cup. You can be the judge of what you prefer or, you can remain happily undecided. Either way, you will have a delicious, palate pleasing experience.
