Andy Harris of GOByA will be teaming up with me for a Western Themed twist on my beer & whiskey dinner with Lagunitas.

First - 12th of Never Pale + whiskey pairing
smoked lamb tamale | spicy chimichurri | minted crema | fried malt

Second - Dark Swan Petite Syrah grape sour
smoked duck | greens | pickled grape | scalloped potatoes | Citrunesis blood orange gastrique

Third - Lil' Sumpin' American Wheat + whiskey pairing
smoked turkey torta slider | blood sausage gravy | elote

Fourth - Lagunitas IPA
pulled pork | scallion crema dressed greens | whiskey poached fried pear

Fifth - High West Imp Coffee Stout
coffee crusted brisket | cheesy grits | quail egg | fried nopales

Sixth - Brown Shugga + whiskey pairing
pork ribs | bbq beans | pickled jicama slaw

Seventh - Willet Stout
whiskey soaked pound cake | foie gras icing | fresh berries | bacon-whiskey ice cream
