Join us on Saturday January 21, 2017 at the Newburyport Brewing Co for an intimate performance from Michael Glabicki, the lead singer of multi-platinum act, Rusted Root. Michael will be performing as a duo alongside Dirk Miller of Rusted Root.
A song is an organism that has a history and has different meanings to many different people, says Rusted Root lead vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Michael Glabicki. Those people attach themselves to this organism and because of that, its a ritual, a way to jointly go places.
Rusted Root, the multi-platinum sextet out of Pittsburgh, evolved around front-man Michael Glabickis distinct sound and grew into a musical entity that has thrived in a non-genre specific category all its own. Rusted Root built their career around dramatic performances; their polyrhythmic, multicultural rock-and-soul picked up fans like a junkyard magnet as they swept across the nation on tour. Having just released their 8th studio album, The Movement, Rusted Root continues to maintain a strong foothold in the world/jam/rock world.
In addition to the two decades with Rusted Root, Glabicki is exploring new sounds and opening new doors with his career as he tours nationally as a duo act.
A multifaceted musician, producer and songwriter, Glabickis talents are unique and extremely uplifting. His solo tour dates and new music are extensions of his creative talent, and will inspire all those who participate

The VIP Meet and Greet gives you the opportunity to spend 30 minutes in a private area of the brewery hanging out with Michael Glabicki, asking questions, listening to stories, taking pictures, and drinking a beer...who knows, he may even play a song! As a part of this special VIP package, you will receive one free beer and one box of KIND Snacks! The VIP Meet and Greet runs from 6:15 - 6:45pm and requires that you be at the Newburyport Brewing Co. by 6:00pm on the night of the performance.
