If you could live your dreams, how would it look?

In this full day retreat, Conscious Evolution Coach Denise Sheehan of Sage Spirit & Reiki will lead you through creative visualizations and exercises that will give you a deeper understanding of who you are and how you choose to express yourself in this creative journey of life. With her guidance, you will amplify your capacity for manifesting the life of your dreams in both practical and mystical ways. The second portion of this workshop involves creating a physical expression of art that will reflect the life you truly desire to live and that will enhance your powers of manifestation. Katie of Copper Cat Studio will walk you through creating your own customized piece of mosaic art, that will be an inspiration and a daily reminder of your vision of a life artfully lived. This class starts and ends with a 30-45 minute gentle yoga session with meditation and includes breakfast and lunch catered by our neighbors at Creme Cafe.

Cost is $145 for the day and pre-registration is required.
