1:30 PM Ira Koplowitz of Bittercube will provide education bitters.
2:15 PM Jonny Hunter of Underground Meats - New ways to expand flavors utilizing Koji in cooking & new frontiers being explored in the use of bacterias and molds.

We are pairing the chefs with food producers and farmers in a unique collaborative tasting experience. From 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Featuring fan favorites from across the state and seasons. Includes Bavette, Lake Park Bistro, Bacchus, Braise Restaurant, Iron Grate BBQ, Wickman House, Heritage Tavern, Karl Ratzsch, Goodkind, Wild Tomato, & Bier Zot.

VIP Chef Experience Ticket: $195, Very Limited tickets available! _________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience outstanding dishes from Wisconsins award-winning top Chefs that have been featured on Wisconsin Foodie! Each group has designed a menu, highlighting a local producer from their region. Tickets must be purchased for a specific time and seating is very limited. A percent of proceeds will be donated to Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation to benefit Jennifer Bartolotta's Train-2-Gain program.
12:00 pm Chef collaboration featuring dishes from Luke Zahm from the Driftless Cafe in Viroqua, Patrick DePula from Salvatore's Tomato Pies in Madison, and James Beard Award nominee, Justin Carlisle from Ardent and Red Light Ramen in Milwaukee.
3:00 pm Chef collaboration featuring dishes from James Beard Winners, Tory Miller of L'Etoile, Graze, Sujeo, and Estrellòn Restaurants in Madison, Adam Siegel of Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee, and Justin Aprahamian of Sanford in Milwaukee.
