Enoversity: The Rain in Spain Falls Mainly in Gallicia!
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
When Phylloxera hit France, way back in the day, the great winemakers started looking for somewhere new to make wine. Enter Spain. With a diverse climate and geography, Spain is capable of making some outstanding wines in a variety of styles. Come Explore!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you.
