Legendary Homes of the Minneapolis Lakes
Come to the Hennepin History Museum to celebrate the book release "Legendary Homes of the Minneapolis Lakes", and meet the creative team Bette Hammel, architectural journalist, and Karen Melvin, interiors and architectural photographer.
Join us for this exciting fund-raising event! All proceeds will benefit the Hennepin History Museum's collections, exhibitions, research, programs, and overall mission. The Hennepin History Museum is the proud fiscal agent for the publication of "Legendary Homes".
This evening will feature a special exhibition of 15 of photographer Karen Melvin's striking images. Both Karen Melvin and author Bette Hammel will be available to personally autograph your book. The evening will also feature choice hors d'oeuvres, live music, and excellent company, as well as access to all museum galleries.
Your ticket price ($65 non-members/$55 members) includes a copy of the book "Legendary Homes of the Minneapolis Lakes". As this is a fundraising event, please understand that all sales are final. Please join us on Saturday, November 3rd, at the Hennepin History Museum!
