New Year's Day Brunch, Sunday, Jan. 1
Treat your friends, family, and your guests to a very special New Year's brunch buffet at The Huntington, held al fresco under the splendid dome of the Rose Hills Foundation Garden Court. Join us Saturday, Dec. 31; Sunday, Jan. 1; or Monday, Jan. 2, for an incredible array of savory delicacies, sweet treats, and flowing libations! Two seating times are available: 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Made-to-order Cage-Free Omelet Bar with seasonal toppings
- Roasted Asparagus with Redwood Hill Farms goat cheese and truffle oil
- Smoked Wild-caught Salmon with traditional garnitures
- Artisan charcuterie, local and imported Cheese, house-made pickles, jams, spreads, flatbreads and crackers
- Grilled Lobster Caesar, Tossed-to-order with Meyer lemon, garlic grilled lobster, romaine hearts, Roma tomatoes, Parmesan, Kalamata olives, house-made dressing, croutons, cracked black pepper
- Local Vegetable and Cheese Frittata with asparagus, foraged mushrooms, shallots, and sun-dried tomato
