Poet's Country Club
Poet's Country is a journal of poetry and fiction based in Brooklyn, NY, slated to span a limited run from 2016-2066. We aim to publish 100 biannual physical issues, each assuming a different material, formal, and thematic guise. In addition, all contributions to the journal are archived on our website. Despite this conceit, the work itself remains paramount. We publish thoughtful and engaged work from a diverse range of voices. We want poems that consider, reconsider, deconsider the lyric. We want language-driven fiction that weds linguistic dexterity with an enlivened sense of story. Hic et nunc, no form without methexis. Welcome home.
