About Honiball Joseph:
Honiball Joseph, an Iranian-Assyrian musician, is a composer, conductor and pianist.

He started learning music experimentally at the age of 3. He studied classical music in the Conservatory of Tehran and at the University of Art in Tehran. In 1999, he founded the Messiah Ensemble where he introduced a new style of performance to the Iranian audience and offered them a different experience of music. He has been instructing music since 1986, and, In 2002, he established the "Beneil Music Academy", where he trained young musicians for many years. In 2007 and 2008, he held two fine arts exhibitions in Tehran. For Years he held many concerts, including some in the most prestigious venues of Iran, as well as in other countries. In 2013, he performed an Assyrian fusion concert, and arranged and recorded the works. In 2013 and 2014 he provided his audience with a new experience by mixing novel ideas in music with other forms of fine arts, and achieved a new approach by performing art in the form of a combination of improvised music with painting or dance. He performed Rangahang, a duet of canvas and piano at the Tehran Contemporary Museum of Arts, in 2013, and Tanahang, a duet of body expression and piano at the Tehran City Theater, in 2014. In 2015, he established the non-profit organization Gilgamesh Art & Culture Foundation in USA. In 2015, he founded the Iranian Choir of America and in 2016 the Gilgamesh Philharmonic Orchestra. Some of his professional characteristics consist of: innovating in performances, creating artistic events, composing various pieces, holding concerts.
