White Labs Certified Cicerone and White Labs Education and Engagement Curator, Erik Fowler along with American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional Jenny Eastwood, from La Jolla's, Smallgoods Cheese and Provisions are joining forces to bring you the thirteenth installment of the Fermented Pairings Series.
Join us for an hour and a half classroom setting and education pairing to discuss the production of unique, American artisan cheeses, all which will be paired with five White Labs beers.
