Your Headliner Jodie Maruska is a Minnesota-based standup comic who truly feels like Wisconsin is her spiritual home, what with all the cheese and beer. She has performed at clubs, colleges and events across the country, including the Joke Joint in St. Paul, Acme Comedy Co., in Minneapolis and the University of Wisconsin-Madison and -Superior. Shes been a regular in the popular Midwest-based stand-up series Women out all Night where her material about her family, aging, and working out, is relatable and unexpected. Jodie wants to believe that she is the love child of Carol Burnett and Louie Anderson and dreams that one day, they will ask her to live with them in Hollywood, where they will bake bread, drink wine and make each other laugh until they cry.
Bob's our feature. Bob Oesterreich was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. At the age of 5 Bob had his picture taken with Boss Hogg from The Dukes of Hazzard. Since that day Bob has not accomplished anything worth mentioning. One day Bob plans on losing his virginity if you are interested. Until that day, Bob likes to pass the time by telling stupid jokes to people. Bob's comedy has been described as a naive psychopath living in Mayberry. Remember death comes for us all. So why not laugh at some stupid jokes while you wait?
Special Guest - Dan Hinnenkamp Dan Hinnenkamp is one of the Midwest's newest funny men. He began stand up comedy just one short year ago. He's currently a semi finalist in the "Funniest Person in Minnesota" contest. You'll understand why once Dan hits the stage. Watching him perform is something you won't soon forget as both him and his act are truly larger than life!!
