Come meet Bob McClure as he explores the untold truth of how pickled foods saved humanity, and consequently, created a $13 billion dollar industry. Bob is the owner and founder of McClure's Pickles, a bonafide iconoclast from the infamous Brooklyn Flea, who we believe has created something really special. This evening we will taste thru his products while he teaches us about pickles, fermentation, creating a business and how to be a better dad. Of course, we will be also pairing his pickles with some delicious cheese. The tap will be flowing will fermented frothiness. Maybe the best way to go into Christmas week is tipsy.
