Join Jeremy Bazely and Chad Vogel for an early start to the weekend at Raleigh's Hillside Farm. The Barmadillo, a mobile cocktail bar housed inside a vintage Airstream trailer, will set up shop alongside the fields where you will learn the basics of shaking your own cocktails. Attendees will create three alcoholic beverages with vegetables and herbs from the farm as well as local spirits from women-owned Wisconsin distilleries. This culinary workshop is for adults, 21 and over.
A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.
