David Keltz as Poe in Person
Celebrate the Halloween season with veteran actor David Keltz as Edgar Allan Poe on Friday, October 12 at 8 p.m. in historic downtown Baltimore. Be among the first to witness Keltz's premiere performance of Poe's classic tale "The Pit and the Pendulum."
In addition to "The Tell-Tale Heart," the finale to the evening entertainment will be the most perfectly constructed poem ever written: "The Raven."
Running time is 60 minutes without intermission.
Commanding more than 5 hours of Poe's poetry, short stories, essays, literary criticism and reported conversations, 2012 marks Keltz's 21st year portraying Edgar Allan Poe in costume and character to audiences of all ages.
While you are visiting the Mt. Vernon area here in downtown Baltimore, we recommend a few favorite places within steps of this performance venue.
