"Dance for Another Day" 2012 showcases the diverse talents of the Bay Area dance community, from local studios to internationally acclaimed professional troupes including the works of Gnosis Dance Collective, Paco Gomes, Sarah Bush Dance Project, Freeplay Dance Crew, Vima Vice Squad, Prince on Point and many more. Featuring modern, hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, ballroom, bellydance, tango and beyond, "Dance for Another Day" has something for everyone and all for a great cause!

We are a completely not-for-profit production and the entire event from start to finish is only possible thanks to the generosity of our dancers, volunteers, audiences, families and friends. "Dance for Another Day" is more than a show- we are a community joined by our love of dance and dedicated to our cause.

Since our inaugural production in 2008, DFAD has raised nearly $20,000 for the ALR and we remain one of the only companies in the Bay Area dedicated to creating a unique, open performance venue for dancers of such a wide variety of levels and styles.
