Our speaker is Mark Reinhardt, Attorney at Law, Rehberg Law Group PS.

Tools and Beneficiaries is a seminar that introduces the vital components of a good estate plan. It then reviews the basic estate planning tools, including an impartial comparison between WILLS and LIVING TRUSTS. Finally, it offers some strategies to consider when planning for your intended beneficiaries. If you have questions about estate planning in general, aren't sure about the differences between a will and a living trust, or would like to hear more about the latest news on estate taxes, this is for you! The topic is relevent for all of us personally and professionally.

Mark Reinhardt is an attorney at Rehberg Law Group, P.S. Mark received a Master's Degree from Indiana University in 1986 (summa cum laude), and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1991 (cum laude/Order of the Coif). Mark is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He has spoken at a number of seminars and Bar-sponsored trainings in Illinois and Washington.

Mark was selected by his peers as a "Rising Star" in Washington Law and Politics Magazine. Prior to joining Rehberg Law Group, Mark practiced law in Chicago and Seattle. Mark enjoys theater and has served on the Boards of Directors of two local theater companies. He has been an attorney since 1991. Mark focuses his practice with Rehberg Law Group on estate planning, probate, and small business formation and transactions.
