Prubechu NYE Pig Roast

Hafa Adai friends,
First and foremost, if you're on this list it is because you have supported our restaurant in one way or another. For that, we are blessed and forever grateful. Without you we would not have this opportunity to share our culture with San Francisco and the Bay Area. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Once again, we are capping off an amazing year with a Whole Pig DInner!! All-you-can eat of course. As always we'll have several other courses to accompany the Roasted Pig, local craft beer, and live Chamorro music.

The dinner will be in the tradition of community celebrations called Fi'esta on Guam. It's a communal style dinner where you'll meet new people or sit with a group of your friends.We'll be roasting an entire pig complete with crispy skin and serve it along side several other 'fiesta style' courses. We only seat once so you'll have plenty time to eat as much as you want.

Craft beer is always a feature at these events. We're very excited to be partnering up with Bay Area local Fieldwork Brewing. These guys have been killing it lately with some of the best juicy IPAs, well balanced sours, and comforting dark beers..amongst other styles. We are big fans of these guys and we know you will be, too.

Our parties are never complete without live music. We're excited to welcome Shawn Wolford, a proud son of Guam, joining us all the way from Seattle. He'll be blessing us with live Chamorro music and island reggae to keep the good vibes flowing!
