Healthy Cooking Class: Vegan Summer Picnic
Impress your summer block party with this amazingly delicious, fulfilling and fun menu! Did we mention it's wholesome, balanced, and...vegan? With flavors so big we will surprise even the pickiest meat lovers!
In this class we will prepare:
- Creamy Vegan Potato Salad
- Grilled Portabello Ribs with Homemade BBQ Sauce
- Raw Brownie Bites with Vegan Whipping Cream
All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people.
