Healthy Cooking Class: I Heart Mediterranean Food
Master the basics of whole-food, organic cooking while learning new culinary techniques and styles. In this class, we will celebrate Heart Health Month by creating delicious, tantalizing Mediterranean dishes that promote wellness including:
- Mediterranean Quinoa Salad - Branzino (sustainable white fish) in Parchment - Greek Yogurt and Lemon Pannacotta
All recipes will include a vegan and gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people.
