There's nothing like fresh homemade bread! In this class we will make farmstead sourdough bread, easy peasy quick buns and savory French cheesy biscuits. This class is hands on fun and we enjoy tasting our creations as well. Using organic flours, fresh herbs from the garden and real Wisconsin cheeses we will make a variety of incredible breads. You'll be able to impress your family and friends with these great recipes. Children ages 7 and over welcome with adult supervision and own paid ticket.

About Scotch Hill Farm
Pioneers in organic farming for over 20 years Scotch Hill farm as raised certified organic vegetables, herbs and flowers for their CSA. Now the next generation (Micah & Miranda)have added a Grade A goat dairy to the family farm. The diverse farm includes chickens, pigs and sheep also. Goat milk soap and skin care products are made on the farm. Surplus veggies are canned for CSA and winter markets.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. SOIL SISTERS has a no refund policy. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person, provided that person is in possession of the ticket at the time of the workshop.
