The purpose of this class will be to explore several basic and accessible mediums of public art. Using mediums such as stencils, posters, moss graffiti, (and more) we will put our voices out into the public. We all have something to say/show, this class will help you explore your voice and will give you the tools to put it out there and be heard. I will not only help with the technical aspects of this class, I will help you develop your ideas and choose the best mediums to get those ideas out. This class will be on Sundays from 2-4 Ages 8-15 ish Oct 7th: A taste of public art. Seeing what has already been done, and figuring out what we will be doing. Oct 14th: Poster making Oct 21st: Stencil making Oct 28th: Moss graffiti Nov 4th: Sticker making Nov 11th: Open studio day, finishing up unfinished projects and/or starting something new. $120 for the whole 6-week series or $25 per individual class. Materials included.
